What If: she learned to speak Spanish instead of ASL. She will talk with my parents lol. Sadly, I only speak English and Cued Speech.
Wow amazing!
HI, AJ! good job 🙂
Good job AJ👏The best advisor
❤
Beautiful!!
Before watching this video, I was very worried that the new gene therapies were a threat to the Deaf population! There are three things that made me feel better... 1. Dr. Blankmeyer pointed out Deaf parents could also use genetic engineering to have more Deaf children, so it might be hard to convince everyone to be hearing… 2. Dr. Braun said that the clinical trials are getting a lot of attention right now, but less people are going to pay for the expensive treatment when the research doesn't cover the price! 3. History is full of people failing to cure deafness, and this is not Gallaudet’s genetic conference or debate! Long live Deaf cultures 🤟

Bad background for low vision. Please think for relaxing vision for everyone not just blind people.
White background is a poor choice for visions. White text? Suggest yellow text with dark background.

As the off-campus student who is non-driver, I used to take a distance walking from the Visitor's Center to Gallaudet University for my classes before my college graduation with Class of 1981.
The true value of a liberal arts education is accepting that different thoughts can be in different locations, and you don't have to accept them. I am encouraged by this statement and commitment to safety for Jewish students at Gallaudet (and no, not all Jews are Zionists or Israelis). I learnt this in my studies at Gally.
Beautiful signer!
Related to Mary Scarborough from South Carolina? Graduated from Gallaudet University in 1968.
WOW 😯, He spoke with both hands of ASL (American Sign Language). He uses both hands for signing to public. I can do it with both of my hands. He use left hand to write any essay issues. Enjoy your weekend 😊
Great
At honestly, I am seriously concerned about rising antisemitism as part of the hate crime, human violence against, other civil rights of Asian-Americans, Muslims, people of colors, and other minorities across our country. Hlillel programs for the deaf Jewish college students at Gallaudet University on campus needs to be protected in the safe place in the safe university environment in strong security in our concerns. In a fact, I am the Sephardic Jewish in my strong Southern Italian ancestry on my longer lineage. Well I am the lifetime GUAA member in Class of 1981 with B.A. in double-majors of Biology and Chemistry . Antisemitism, racism, ableism, and other hateful & strong bias will not be tolerated nor accepted on Gallaudet University campus. Human Nature in our Humankind in our international community and our free and democratic country (USA) should be fair, respectful, decent, equal, peaceful, and safe in non-violence on our Earth for our future generations. Regards, Christa D'Auria
Naw, not too fast, you sign at Deaf speed. AND, what I like just as much is the clarity of your fingerspelling. Continue doing what you do. 😀
agreed and hard to understand her. her lip looked crooked and hard to understand her period
@@HSue917 Given the language being used, her intended audience is obvious. I suppose one could complain that she wasn't using Chinese or Swahil. ]:-)
Good performance but you're too fast.
agreed and hard to understand her even her lipreading is not correct.
